Avid Plumbing has provided me with exceptional plumbing services for several years and they are top notch. They are always very nice and polite on the phone, and their technicians are very professional and highly skilled.
So, water heater goes out on Sunday.I call them on Monday morning. They were out here before noon, by 2 o’clock I have hot water. I could not be more impressed! Very professional, even found that my previous water heater was under warranty and saved me a ton of money. I will definitely call them again.
First experience with Avid was great. Very helpful on the phone when getting an estimate and was able to schedule with a couple days. They did 3 jobs for us, all of which look great. The plumber that came out was very professional and able to answer all of my questions. As a bonus, he was not just tolerant of my 5 year with a million questions, but patient, polite and answered them all!
These guys saved the day for us. We were having 16 visitors come in on Friday for the weekend and our hot water heater started leaking on Thursday… I talked to Brian and despite these guys being booked for the rest of the week, they came by thursday evening working overtime to replace our unit. Avid’s Master Plumber Eric knows his stuff. His team replaced the water heater and laundry tub faucet and ran a gas line for a kitchen range. The work took half the time I expected it to take and it cost 20% less than I expected it to pay. And they left the job site cleaner than they found it. Eric made a loyal customer out of me.
